They make sure to check on us even if we complain. Customer service is always great. Vapes are back n forth with tasting the right way but I really think it's donto wherever it comes from. Maybe temp isn't always kept right. Otherwise everything is always great

They sold me 2 year old pre filled pods. When I tried to obtain an exchange or refund, they told me to go to the manufacturer and refused to do anything to remedy the fact that they sold me an expired product.
