Kann es an alle empfehlen die seriöse Vapes bestellen wollen, jedoch muss man immer min. 10Stck von einer Sorte bestellen. Keine Einzelbestellungen von einzelnen Sorten.

I ordered like week ago and the only information I've received was a confirmation letter via e-mail stating that my order is processed on april 16. Wrote them an E-mail on April 19 asking about my order and still no answer. So here am I sitting completely clueless about my order, is it being shipped, are there any problems, will I receive it at all? No idea. (Ordered random flavors, for a quicker delivery as it stated on their website).

Update April 25
Got contacted by the company this morning via e-mail. It appears courier forgot to pick up my order, so it got delayed. The contact person was very nice and offered a discount for the next order and some extra samples for the delay. Also, if you ever have any rpoblems with your order, use WhatsApp to comunicate, because I was waiting about 4-5 days using e-mail and via WhatsApp got an answer in like 3 minutes. Another update will be posted when I receive my package.

Update April 30
Got the package. So far so good, would recomend this seller.

Ordered on April 5th, shipped on April 7th, and received on April 18th, reasonably fast. However, I do find the tracking not very clear, which leaves you really waiting, but delivered neatly within the expected delivery time.

I have 3. Order, received special price and now nobody communicated with me. On the post office is only one information and it is all. Now Im not satisfied

Seller replied very quickly via WhatSAPP, so the service is very good, but the package shipped from china took long time to arrive, I received the goods 10 days later, Next time iwll choose the goods shipped from euwarehouses.
