I had an idea on what i wanted and had alot of emails back and to with Suen on designs and finishings, and once we finalised the design and invoice was sent it was just on 2 weeks from paying to receiving them. We came to vast pins with a big ask, to make and ship pins to us in a very short timeframe so that we could use them in our graduation ceremony. Carol was absolutely phenomenal at making sure our requests were filled and even with a lack of communication, fully on our end, she went above and beyond to ensure that our product arrived on time.

I was supported by Serena Wang. She helped me through the whole proces of telling her what I want all the way to the endproduct. Her professional opinion, her froendly attitude and ongoing customerservice resulted in the best product I could wish for. In the end both the pins and patches were as I imagined them to be. So I am very satisfied with the quality and design of the product. On top of that came that the goods were exactly delivered as Serena had promised me.
