I have never dealt with a company that is so incompetent and so hard to deal with. They didn't use our meter readings from our last supplier, have got our address details wrong and despite emails and phone calls these remain wrong which has led to a problem with our billing and a bill that they say we owe for £2400. I requested that our account be paused while they look at the billing problems but they have gone ahead and taken the money from our account.
The customer service team is the worst I've ever experienced and is unable to resolve even the simplest of issues. Avoid at all costs!!

Worst company ever
Worst company ever! Took me 3 months to reach someone after sending all my details of moving out of premises for end of tenancy. For a lady called Roxanne who was lovley and actually did her job of closing my account. I paid off my final bill after she deducted extra bills that wasn’t mine after I’d moved out and charges! All sorted . However now I’m getting emails with my name on for bills even though I’m no longer at the premises and my account is closed!
