Everything was perfect from products to delivery. The only issue was that the screen protector was a bit smaller than the screen.

Good product and friendly customer service. But compared to 15, the 16 pro is thicker and the color rather green than petroleum. The 15 feels more luxurious and better quality.

My iPhone case was sent quite quickly since I live in Switzerland but it was damaged close to the camera.
The cover is also very rigid and honestly seems very overpriced considering the material it is made of. I wouldn't recommend buying it.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response to my previous email regarding order #96610. I contacted you about returning a phone cover that was incorrectly sized, yet I have received no reply whatsoever.

Not only did I receive the wrong item, but your complete silence is unacceptable for any company that claims to value its customers. This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and reflects very poorly on your brand.

If I do not receive a proper resolution immediately, I will have no choice but to share this negative experience publicly and report it through the appropriate channels.

I expect you to address this issue without further delay.

already sent comments after i received my first order, but here goes .. am basically happy with first order (beige) and second order (black) but find the case too snug/tight, making it difficult to change from beige to black, depending on what i am wearing. also, could you release a model without the attached pocket for those of us who don't need it. many thanks 😊

While I have a 5 stars, I’m changing it to four because after only a few days, the cord has turned black due to the rubbing against the « gold » rings. For a cord that is a dark color, it wouldn’t matter, but on bright Orange, it looks really dirty and the cord is starting to show wear and tear. Any suggestions?
