Deposited a little bit and ran it up quite alot. the deposit was fast and got credited instantly with a small deposit bonus even and when i withdrew what i had just won i had no problems and got my cashout fast asf.

I used Upgrader (operated by Innospace LTD, Limassol, Cyprus, org. 646564) mainly for case battles. I deposited about $1,556 and withdrew $559, roughly $997 net loss.

The site advertises that battles are 100% provably fair. In practice the verification tools are incomplete: Games History leaves Created at blank (date only, no time), the EOS block link goes to a dead page (coffe.bloks.io → Netlify “Site not found”), and the Provably Fair History table shows “No data found…” despite heavy wagering. The Outcome Verifier also defaults to Crash, not Battles.

I asked support (Wade) for the actual proof of fairness: how the pre-game SHA-256(key:salt) commitment is shown and timestamped before the battle, how the future EOS block is chosen before its hash is known, how key/salt can’t be changed afterward, and the roll-to-item probability ranges with one complete real battle example. They only sent me to the fairness page, said try another device for copying IDs, then escalated to admins with no exact ETA. Days of follow-ups still had no technical answer.

I could recompute one disclosed battle’s rolls from the revealed seeds, but that only shows consistency after the fact, not that commitments were fixed before the block. Without timestamps and working verification links, it’s not fully independently verifiable as advertised.

I’ve locked the account and won’t deposit again. Looking for a proper written response with full battle/transaction records and licence/complaints details.

The site is just bad the house edge is the highest ive ever seen on a gambling site, super buggy they can't fix simple visual errors and you just cannot win on here, i would never deposit on this site again

first off all id recommend you not to deposit here. heres why. Upgrader has a high house edge, which mean you will have alot of less chances on winning. second, i used to deposit here above $300 weekly and everytime I did it its just comes out as an regret. Sites is so buggy, they cant fix simple visual bugs for weeks. They lock your balance for no reasons and try to catch you doing anything out of hands just to refrain you from cashing out. When you play Deals you always get edged by not even millimeters and it happens very often, which is not even possible. If you put Jackpot mode on battles, you will like 80% loose the game. Their jackpot is so unbelievable. doesnt matter - 80% chance to win, 90% or even 98% - you loose. When you try to contact live support about you failing to withdraw - they cant answer up to 40 hours and you end up loosing your balance. They dont care about community, staff are disrespectfull, owners never answer you. Marketing here is insane to get even tho you get 200k wagered under your statistics. Honestly, never seen such a bad gambling casino site ever.
