I like that it’s flexible when it comes to changing appointments and changing the therapist and I like the chat setting, very useful for difficult moments and crisis. I also really like my therapist, she replies very fast and cares about her work.

Absolutely dreadful experience with 'Uno Bravo' service. I've had the misfortune of encountering three different psychologists, each delivering a woeful performance. Not a single one displayed empathy, punctuality, or availability. I strongly advise against using their service. It was an abysmal experience, marked by zero professionalism.
