Een bestelling geplaatst op de website ultrasshop.com en direct een betaling gedaan. Volgens de website is de betaling niet in orde dus hebben we hen gecontacteerd per mail. Ze zouden het in orde brengen maar niets is minder waar. Er werd een paar keer gereageerd op onze mails maar nu negeren ze ons gewoon. Dit terwijl we bewijzen hebben afgeleverd dat het betaald is.
Update 18 april 2026:
De bestelling is ondertussen geleverd.
Helaas verandert dit niets aan onze ervaring met de service. Ondanks het feit dat wij vanaf het begin een duidelijk betalingsbewijs hebben aangeleverd, werd dit niet correct opgevolgd. Pas na het plaatsen van deze review werd het dossier grondig bekeken en kwam alles in een stroomversnelling.
Wat ons ook stoort, is dat in hun communicatie nog steeds wordt gesuggereerd dat er onduidelijkheid was door foutieve informatie langs onze kant. Wij hebben echter een officieel bankafschrift doorgestuurd — duidelijker bewijs is er niet.
Daarnaast vonden wij de druk om de review snel aan te passen of te verwijderen, nog vóór de levering of zelfs een trackingcode beschikbaar was, ongepast.
Door deze gang van zaken hebben wij onze oorspronkelijk geplande datum voor een kindertifo gemist. Door een ongunstige loting in de playoffs vallen de volgende wedstrijden nu op maandag- en donderdagavond, waardoor veel kinderen niet aanwezig kunnen zijn. We zijn daardoor genoodzaakt om deze actie uit te stellen tot volgend seizoen — iets wat perfect vermeden had kunnen worden met een correcte en tijdige opvolging.
I placed an order on the website ultrasshop.com and paid immediately. According to the website, the payment was not completed, so we contacted them by email. They said they would fix the issue, but that was not the case. They replied to a few of our emails at first, but now they are simply ignoring us. This is despite the fact that we have provided proof that the payment was made.
Update 18th of april 2026:
The order has now been delivered.
Unfortunately, this does not change our overall experience with the service. Despite providing clear proof of payment from the start, this was not properly followed up. Only after posting this review was the situation thoroughly investigated and resolved.
We are also concerned that their communication still suggests the issue was caused by incorrect information on our side. However, we provided an official bank statement — it is difficult to be more clear than that.
Additionally, we found the pressure to update or remove the review — even before delivery or a tracking code was provided — inappropriate.
Due to this situation, we missed our originally planned date for a children’s tifo. Because of an unfavorable playoff draw, the upcoming matches are now scheduled on Monday and Thursday evenings, meaning many children will not be able to attend. As a result, we are forced to postpone this activity until next season — something that could have been avoided with proper and timely follow-up.

The key issue in this case was not a lack of action on our side, but the fact that we were clearly provided with incorrect information regarding the payment method. You indicated that the payment had been made via bank transfer, which led us to follow the corresponding verification process. As no such transaction could be identified under that method, this inevitably caused delays.
Only after this discrepancy was clarified and the correct payment channel was identified could the case be resolved and your order completed.
Your review, however, places full responsibility on our side while failing to acknowledge your own role in causing the confusion. This creates a one-sided narrative that does not reflect the actual facts.
We also strongly reject the suggestion that we acted only after your Trustpilot review or that we attempted to pressure you. These claims are not consistent with our records.
We must state this clearly:
We cannot accept public statements that misrepresent the situation and damage our good name, particularly when the delay was significantly influenced by incorrect information provided by you.
We remain open to fair and balanced feedback. However, this requires that the full context is represented accurately.
