My fiancé and I faced a very common problem when choosing our rings: we simply didn’t know which shape, size, color, or material would suit us best. It’s really difficult to decide without trying rings on in real life.

Fortunately, this store offers the option to book a consultation. We attended one and are very grateful to the wonderful Melanie Cruz, who helped us find the perfect rings. The consultation was extremely helpful and also very enjoyable — she was professional, patient, and very cheerful.

Thank you so much to her for the great experience! In general, these consultations are incredibly useful, especially if you want to try different options in person and feel unsure about your choice. Rings that look perfect online don’t always look the same once you try them on, so being able to see and compare them in reality makes a huge difference.

Came to the website with lots of expectations. Found a lovely watch which I asked to be reserved as I was travelling. Lovely customer service colleague confirmed that the watch was reserved. Was super excited to go and pick it up. Imagine my surprise when I checked on the website and realised that the watch was sold to another customer. Inspite of clear confirmation that the watch was being held for me.
Called up the store who basically refused to accept any responsibility for the issue. They blamed the “head office”.
Wrote a formal complaint to the customer service who were very responsive and they blamed the IT team.
Net net, the watch was sold out and no longer available. While they were open to making a gesture of goodwill, the whole experience left a very sour taste.
What I was most surprised by was that Inspite of repeated written confirmation that the watch was reserved and being held for me, the store decided to sell the watch and honestly was not bothered that I had reserved it or my disappointment.
I only hope this was an isolated case but considering this has not happened with me before, I would advise others to engage with caution.
Final point, the customer service online was super helpful. The store could not care less that they made a mistake. They simply blamed the other team. Super disappointing.

Update: 8th March 2026
The team did get in touch with me and apologised for the entire experience. While they offered to procure another piece for me, I have decided that it does not make sense to pursue the purchase after all the issues I faced.
I can only hope that no future customer faces the same issues as I have faced and the relevant corrective measures have been put in place to ensure that.

Very satisfied with product range, service and delivery speed. Unfortunately, the watch model that I originally ordered was no longer available. However, the store alerted me to another, very similar model from the same manufacturer. I changed my order accordingly and received the new watch immediately.

And looking forward to order more.
