Excellent service

Paid £80 to fix controller triggers, the triggers came back fixed however I had significant unplayable stick drift that wasn’t there before. They swiftly apologised and told me to send it back and they’d pay postage, I did so and the controller came back with less stick drift however it was still there and very evident. I replied to them with evidence of this stick drift and my postage fees, however no response. After I week I sent another email, no response. I’m meant to have a 3 month warranty however the controller was never repaired and now they’re ignoring me. What else can I do but leave a review as they’ve emailed twice to ask me to.

Look, the only reason I'm giving 5 stars is that this thing won't let me give you 6. Amazing product, man did it make this repair sooooo much easier and simpler.

Didn't diagnose the issue properly, didn't seem to take much time at all even looking into what was wrong. Very disappointing after seeing he is clearly very capable at what he does.

bought the 3D-printed PIP plastic to fix my defective Scuf Reflex pad on the R2 &L2 buttons. After snapping off the useless stock plastic, the part glued and fit perfectly. Shipping was faster than expected. I'm glad they could supply me with the part. I was surprised that 4 x expensive pad had such weakness compared to the stock pads. Thanks guys. Price was cheapest as long as you can comfortable doing the repair on your own. Required soldering experience and delicate assembly.

Brilliant products, the PS5 HDMI repair ribbon is a lifesaver, items arrived promptly with a quick delivery time. Seller even contacted me with a partial refund as he could combine shipping on a couple of things I bought. A pleasant transaction and I will look to use them again where possible.
