I do not know how people recommend this. As a new Dutch company I applied for being a customer. I haven't heard from them for weeks. Eventually I called them, they said my applicaiton is denied. I said why I did not received anything and they said they are too busy to send emails. But they are not busy to deny appicaitons. When you deny it, just send a mail okey.
And I asked why it is denied to the lady on the phone but she said she does not know the reason. So if it would be something I could fix, I have no idea.

An absolute disaster. I submitted multiple online forms and wrote several emails to UTA's sales team—no response at all. Completely unprofessional and frustrating process. If this is how they handle potential clients, I can't imagine what actual customer service would be like.
