Triparking 

I booked parking through MyParking with Triparking Málaga and had a very serious experience.

When I left my car, the odometer showed 175104 km. When I picked it up, it showed 175271 km — an increase of 167 km while the vehicle was in their custody. I have timestamped photographic evidence clearly showing this.

Triparking’s only response has been to repeatedly claim that this is “impossible”, without providing any explanation whatsoever. At the same time, they offered to refund the parking fee, which does not address the unauthorized use of my vehicle, fuel consumption, or wear.

Even more concerning is MyParking’s handling of the situation. Despite booking through their platform, they have not taken responsibility or ensured that their partner provides a proper explanation. This raises serious concerns about the reliability and accountability of the companies they choose to work with.

As a customer, I expect both transparency and responsibility. In this case, neither has been provided.

I strongly advise others to think twice before using this service.

Triparking saved me a real problem after a booking issue with another company. They were very friendly. Good service and reasonably priced. Will use again

We recently booked a trip home to Ireland for Christmas. Tried to book car parking at Malaga Airport but all were fully booked. Got a recommendation for the below company. I'm normally wary of these type of companies and potential scams but I took a chance.

Booked the meet a greet option. I was given a place & time to meet in express park lot at the airport. Jorge was there to meet us, take our car and ticket. He said to ring him as we boarded our flight home for return ( I gave him flight number to track) journey and he'd meet us at the same spot. With the weather we've just had we had a nightmare journey home. We were due to land in malaga at 10pm last night but we're diverted to seville. I kept Jorge updated with delays and changes of arrival times. He said no stress and just let him know 15mins before we arrive back in malaga. We arrived back just before 3am and he was there. Car perfect, everything as it was. Wonderful service and we will definitely use them again.

The best of the best, real gentleman, great service very punctual on pickup and return, I will definitely be back thank you so much 🤩🤩
