This was by far the most amazing experience i have ever had in all the trips i make around the world. This day was very organized from the first minute, we were amazed by the level of professionalism & politeness of their staff. They took really good care of us throughout the whole experience. We explored all the villages in a very informative way. Pavel was accompanying us, he made sure we were happy in every step of the way. He explained everything thoroughly for us. Pavel provided excellent service for our early morning transfer from Grindelwald to Zurich Airport. We had a 5:00 AM pickup, and he actually arrived early, which gave us great peace of mind.

He carefully secured all of our luggage before we left and drove safely and smoothly throughout the entire trip. The ride was so comfortable that all of us fell asleep, helped by the relaxing music he had playing in the background. It was the perfect, stress-free way to end our Switzerland vacation.

We have used TripTransfer a few times and have had very good experiences every time. Setting up service through their website is easy and convenient. You can request infant seats, child seats or booster seats during the reservation as well.
The drivers are helpful and very friendly.

Our driver, Pavel was about 10 minutes early to come get us, he loaded our bags in the car and took us for a great ride. He told us recommendations of what we should go visit along the way too.

My family is in Switzerland for tourism, yesterday night we contacted TripTransfer for our ride from Lucerne to Meiringen and believe we it was arranged in just 10-12 min. Used the company twice and found the service to be excellent. They were punctual, polite and the vehicle was comfortable and clean.

We had an incredible private day tour across Switzerland with Nicky, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was on time, patient, kind, professional, and never once made us feel rushed. She took us through beautiful towns, showed us the best parts of every stop, and made sure we knew exactly where to get the best photo opportunities.

Nicky was wonderful to be around and made the whole day feel relaxed, comfortable, and special. The vehicle was clean, luxurious, and comfortable, and she even provided water for us, which was a nice touch.

A great experience with Trip Transfer in Lucerne! We decided to book this option after our amazing experience on the Gotthard Panorama Express, and we are really glad we did. The communication prior to pick-up was very thorough and left no detail overlooked. Magi, our driver, was exactly where she said she'd be and provided us with a smooth, worry-free ride to our hotel in Sarnen. We appreciated the ease of everything, so we could get ourselves situated in our hotel. So thankful our travel agent found them and we will be sure to use them for any future needs!

Pavel was a perfect gentleman and an expert driver. He made some great suggestions, and each one made our trip even better!
He invited our questions and if he didn't immediately know the answer, he provided it before our next stop. He carried us to the most beautiful places in the Swiss Alpine villages and knows the best places to take those once in a lifetime photos.
We asked for a recommendation for lunch with a specific request for Fondue. The place he suggested was fantastic! It was the type of place you hope to find for that unforgettable experience and Pavel provided that for us!
The same thing with a request for chocolate; he knew the best place off the beaten path and we loved it so much, we brought some of their chocolate home!
The vehicle he provided was comfortable, clean and easy to enter or leave, even for our daughter with limited mobility. Pavel allowed her to sit in the front seat and she loved it!
Pavel went out of his way to provide a day that exceeded our expectations, one we'll never forget.
The price was very reasonable for what we received. Our family highly recommends this tour and if we visit Lucerne in the future, would hire this company again.
