Wagnda organised a trip of a lifetime cycling from Lhasa, Tibet to Kathmandu, Nepal. 1200km of gravel riding and camping through Tibet is a must do. Trekker Nepal looked after us perfectly.

An experienced guide who can tell you everything about the country, culture, and nature. Under his guidance, we were able to go on a safe and inspiring trek from his native region to Pikey Peak! During which we saw many beautiful views of the mountains and nature, experienced folk festivals, and helped out with the local residents/farmers. I definitely recommend Wangdha as a guide if you want an inspiring and cultural trek.

We went on an 8-day farming and trek trip with Wangda. It was recommended by a family member of mine, and this could not have been a better recommendation. It was a non-touristy trek that allowed us to experience the real life of Nepal. We were allowed to help out for three days on the farm of his father, mother, and grandfather, with buffaloes and other animals, and eat local food. In the village, we were also welcomed with open arms, we saw a Buddhist monastery, Pusa, and the Nepalese New Year festival. During the Pikey Peak trip, we were allowed to stay with relatives. In short, highly recommended.

Trekking to Everest Base Camp and Gokyo via Cho La Pass was challenging but unforgettable. Snow conditions at the pass were tough, but the guide handled it professionally and kept safety a priority.
Good support, smooth logistics, and reliable team throughout the trek. Would recommend for anyone planning a high-altitude trek in Nepal.

I had an amazing trek with Wangda! We walked through the Langtang valley in late September, just before the season started so it was very peaceful on the trails which was nice. I felt very comfortable as a solo female trekker with Wangda, he always made sure we were going at a manageable pace and that I was handling the altitude well. I absolutely recommend it, being amongst such stunning mountains was truly once in a lifetime :)

The experience was made particularly good through the knowledge and care demonstrated by the guide (and company Managing Director) Wangda Sherpa. Being attentive in many ways enabled potentially awkward situations to be resolved smoothly. The trek is not easy either physically or mentally, but Wangda ensured that it was neverthless an enjoyable experience.

I have worked Wangda at trekkernepal on two occasions and he has been brilliant! So knowledgeable and professional. I recommend him to all friends who are trekking or just traveling around Nepal. Everyone in my group only had good things to say about their experience all thanks to the great organisation and community from trekker Nepal!

During March 2025 me and friend travelled to Nepal to complete the Langtang Trek and climbed Charku Ri (5000m). Wangda Sherpa was our guide and we could not have asked for a better person. The trek took us to places that most people would never see in a lifetime and the memories made will stay with me forever. Wangda is a highly skilled and knowledgeable guide who made the trek all the more memorable. He bought an almost family like feeling to the trek. I would 100% recommend Trekker Nepal to anyone who wants to experience what Nepal has to offer.

My trip to the langtang valley in March 2025 was one I will never forget and the fantastic Wangda Sherpa made it so. If you’re looking to do any trekking in Nepal then I can highly recommend him. As mentioned in another review he brings an almost “family” touch to the experience which helps it to feel much more authentic when exploring these fascinating places. Authenticity is something Wangda feels strongly is key to any trek and certainly ensures to give as part of the experience which I feel would set him apart from any other trekkers. He is a kind, caring, and interesting person so was a great person to be there to introduce me to Nepal. I will definitely return and will absolutely be sure to use Wangda’s services again and recommend you do so too.

I have recently returned to my home from Kathmandu having completed a 10 day trek with Trekker Nepal PVT. Ltd, being the Thole Demba Pikey Trek. Having twice done higher treks, I was charmed by this varied trek, We trekked through farms, mountain pasture, rice paddies, tropical rainforest and high plateaus with wonderful mountain views. From the beginning it was plain that this was a family affair and we were joined by the guide’s wife and various blood relatives and it was clear that they were all enthusiastic to promote the success of the trek. We stayed at the home of Lapka, our guide and walked through his pasture and farm . Because of our guides connections we were able to access temples and areas that would not have otherwise been open to us. As we walked through rainforest, Lapka harvested fungi which were cooked for our meals the same day. For me, the trek was a joy and I recommend Trekker Nepal to those who would appreciate a more family and intimate access to Nepal
