Very dissapointed with the customer service. Purchased an relatively expensive carpet. It had a very unpleasant smell, but I hoped it would disappear in time. I therefore waited a before contacting the company. When the smell didn’t improve I contacted custumor service, and got only negative responses as it had been too long since the carpet was delivered. They did no attempt in helping or investigating what could be the problem - and only suggested I had the carpet proffesionally cleaned.
I would not recommend bying carpets here.

Trendcarpet is a sneaky DROPSHIPPER.
After you buy an expensive carpet They will roll, pack and fold your expensive carpet in a really bad way which leaves a bad state after unrolling. If you ask them why they pack their carpets in such a bad way with leaving hundreds of ‘folds’ in the carpet, knowing in that way the carpet will NEVER be laying just FLAT on the floor as it should..then they will not seriously answer to your questions. They just make you clear that YOU only have a return policy within 14 days. And that they refuse to any longterm service. But you only will notice this AFTER your buy from them. If you have problems or questions they will reply by A.I. So please watch out.

I received the wrong size rug twice
I received the wrong size rug — it was 20 cm shorter than stated on both your website and the packaging. I was given the choice between a 10% compensation or returning it. I chose to return it and was promised the correct size. I then received the wrong size a second time, and you could only offer 15% compensation. Extremely poor handling. I will never shop here again.

This company do not respect EU consumer…
This company do not respect EU consumer legislation. Their customer service was contacted by me within the required deadline to cancel the purchase. Having sent detailed picture of the carpet; they simply claim they cannot see that the colours are being tarnished just after 2 weeks of normal carpet usage. The picture clearly shows the colors blending into dirt. Carpet is now stored for being used as evidence in our legal proceedings.
Do not engage with this company!
