Went in to buy a safe in their store excellent customer service and everyone is willing to help. Paid for the home install and they took exceptional care to get the safe into my house without damaging anything. Highly recommend
I bought one of their safes from a third-party the safe is excellent unfortunately the third parties shipping company damage the dial and inside shelving. I couldn’t get the safe open once closed and locked. I spoke with a Mr. Boyer he immediately spraying in the action
Giving me different scenarios of things to try and just very helpful he took time out of his day to help somebody who didn’t buy their product directly from them! it was from a third-party and It really shows a lot you can tell they trust and stand by their products and their customer service is beyond great!
