I bought 750 dollars worth of jewlery…
I bought 750 dollars worth of jewlery from Tova for my first personal purchase. When i paid for it i was prompted to sign up for the rewards. I figured it would add my recent purchase. Got on to see if my rewards added and they said I wouldnt get credit for my first purchase. I called them to ask if i could get the points for my purchase or a promo code for the points i no longer would get credits for and was ignored and never recieved a call back even though they said they would make it right. I gave them many opportunities to make it right but they wont. They don't seem to care about the whole customer experience. Kinda sad. It's not like the rewards weren't earned fairly.

Pretty, delicate, colourful, adjustable and fun to wear!
The 6 Everly cuffs that I ordered are just perfect -- delicate and very pretty with plans to buy 5 more when I'm notified that colours come back into stock.
The purchase needed a little help to expedite the COMEBACK discount feature and TOVA came through quickly.
