I called to ask for an explanation on…

I called to ask for an explanation on my receipt. cause all I see on my receipt is freaking scribbles. It's been a whole 1hr and 30 minutes and am still waiting! Nice customer service!
This guy tells me if I go to Toyota I will be charged $1,000 to get a spare key on my corolla cross 2024, after they charge me $721.40. I called Toyota, they quoted $500. After paying 700 they still want me to pay more to cut the physical key.
Also called them and a different person answered. From this person apparently it will cost $500 or so INCLUDING the key cutting!
Tried to return the key but they don't take it back unless it's malfunctioning. And they won't give you a price before working, only after. Scamming at its finest!
