TipRanks appears to be experiencing an ongoing issue with saved screeners. I’m a Premium plan subscriber, and none of my previously saved screeners are accessible anymore. Testing shows that customized screeners can still be saved, but they cannot be retrieved because the dropdown menu no longer provides an option to view them.

This problem began in early July 2026 after the TipRanks upgrade. Support has not been helpful and has repeatedly ignored the issue. As of now, the saved screener problem remains unresolved, and I’m seriously questioning the value of maintaining a Premium subscription.

I used the free version for a year. Recently I received too many popup adds that were driving me crazy and causing phone to freeze up. I deleted the app and have had no more phone freeze ups.

I’ve been using TipRanks for over a year now, and overall I think it’s pretty good. The main issue I’ve had is their customer support, which has been really poor. Over the last few months, I’ve tried reaching out through direct support and even messaging them on social media, but I never got a response. It makes the platform feel a bit unfriendly, especially when compared with other great platforms that are a little more expensive but seem to value their subscribers more. In my opinion, if you can afford a better alternative, TipRanks probably isn’t the one to choose.

I've used several of the Stock Tips or stock analysis services, and TipRanks is by far the most useful! I went with the Ultimate plan, as I want full access to everything, but their Premium plan is more than enough.

And another factor on how useful TipRanks is is their app. Their mobile app for iPhone is great!

If you want to stay updated on breaking news about stocks you care about, and want to be able to look up all sorts of metrics, you can't go wrong here. They also have many good authors who you will often find cited in mainstream articles, but if you're a member of TipRanks you get to read ALL of their articles before the public.

I'm a former Financial consultant with 35 years of experience in the business. Started using Tip Ranks in 2019. Their platform is amazing!!! The information they provide is unbeliveable. They are always improving their system and information(ie AI etc). If you trade your own account Tip Ranks is a must!!!

Fantastic. Upgraded to premium. Cost £70 I think, but I made my money back in 2 days from the stocks the experts on the app recommended. So it's a no brainer for me. Well worth it. Use this app multiple times a day.

The site is easy to use, and has lots of features - even for free - that I used for a couple of years. Being a Premium user, tracking my own portfolios, opens a lot more opportunities. Learning, informations, analysis, etc. ... its a great site. If there is an issue , let it be finctional or technical, customer sercice is available on multiple platforms, fast & efficient. I suggest it to everyone who wishes to have a great site to help make informed investment decisions. Responsibilty is on you, guys, always - you know :-) .

Great research and guide for my investing!

Tipranks charged my credit card (auto renewal) the day before my yearly subscription was to renew. I have contacted them through emails twice and talked to a rep once to cancel my subscription and she promised it would be done. It has been 10 days and the charge has not been reversed with no communication whatsoever from them. It is difficult to get customer service from anyone there!

UPDATE: Thank you Tipranks for working to resolve this issue. I received an email notification of my refund dated May 23,2026.

Providing analyst rankings

I like the way they're lay out the research easy to find and make comparisons with other equities. I wish that there was a more comprehensive overview of what each company does what sector they lie in etc. it would also be good if I could track money flow.

After years of using Seeking Alpha, I decided to venture out and try TipRanks. Sadly, TipRanks has been very disappointing. I found the resource and articles were not so great and much information was lacking.
This explains the 70% promotional offer.
I'm back to using Seeking Alpha.

wow such an opaque system to see if your subcribed what to etc i feel robbed hate your plan to steal from people by making unsubscribe impossible or even to know if you have subscribed robbers as for the site i hate it because of this i was subcribed unknowingkly for two years only noticed i was still subcribed by luck you can cant run an honest business like that can unsubcribe through app or website will have to cancel from bank

On 3/24 I tried to get into TipRanks thru the APP and was denied entry into my premium account. Called customer service 2 times, told my story and was advised that someone would contact me by email. Received but proved useless. Gave up for the day and called 2 times today, changed my password, no luck. Frankly, I don’t understand, you have people answering my call but any responses are auto generated. Seems like that process is a little backwards. So, I really liked the site but I cannot say the same for the customer service

- While it supports stocks from various countries, it doesn't calculate scores for some countries and only provides minimal data, which didn't meet my needs.
- I was tempted by the sale advertisements, but when I proceeded to checkout, various options were added, making the price the same as or even higher than other sites, so I didn't purchase anything.
- In some cases, the accounting data for companies that resubmitted their financial statements had not been corrected, resulting in inaccurate accounting data.
- The paywall was so strong that it was difficult to see the site's content before paying.
