Since joining TTC they keep in touch and make you feel part of the community.
With regards to entering competitions, these are eay to do, and I have found it easier that we can pay by PayPal.

You said in the every ticket wins you win more than you pay thats a lie i have a item that is cheaper than what i paid number two you also said no item will be duplicate i have three cottens yes they are different size but it is still a duplicate item and two sets off mackerel rigs again different colours but the same item i feel cheated again on here

On "every ticket wins, you win more than you pay": We want to be factual here: our promise is that every item in the bundle is worth more than the ticket price of £1.49, and that is exactly what is delivered. Every single item included carries an RRP above £1.49 - that is the commitment we make, and we stand fully behind it. If you believe a specific item in your bundle falls below that value, we'd welcome you to contact us directly and we'll review it with you- but we are confident in our pricing and in the promise we make to every customer.
On duplicate items: We want to respectfully offer some clarity, because we believe this is a genuine misunderstanding worth addressing publicly. The cottons you received are not the same item in different sizes, they are different grades: light, medium, and heavy, each designed for a different type of bait and fishing application. Similarly, the mackerel rigs are different sizes intended for different species. These are distinct products, standard across the sea fishing industry. That said, we'll look at how we describe bundle contents more clearly going forward.
A broader note: Karl, we've now responded in full to four reviews over six months, covering repeat winners, entry fairness, a competition email, and now bundle contents. We also note that throughout this period you have continued to enter our competitions, which we genuinely appreciate, and which tells us you see something of value in what we offer. That means a lot to us.
However, we are equally aware that your experience has left you feeling frustrated on more than one occasion, and that is something we take seriously. We never want any member of our community to feel unhappy, and every customer is absolutely entitled to their voice and their choice. With that in mind, if you feel that Tide Together Competitions is no longer the right fit for you, we would be happy to close your account so that you can avoid any further experiences that don't meet your expectations, simply reach out and we'll take care of that for you, no questions asked.

Of course i got off to a great start with an instant win, So i loved this site within minutes. I actually downloaded the app for tide times and conditions but im having a little trouble navigating round the site and I wasnt sure if there was a second app. But so far so good, the products in shop are top quality and im not the most experienced so all the little videos attached to the products are very helpful. And the ticket comps are a great way to win top quality gear for a couple of quid.
