My cylinder started having issues locking and I email the owner and he called me personally to explain the problem and how some more details into how the locks with and gave me a discount since I supported the original kickstarter campaign. Great customer service and great product!

The keys you sent me didn’t work on my cylinder AND your email address seems to be unable to receive mail.
Tried contacting you through the IG messaging but to no avail.
This is the second time I buy copies from my keys and you send me the wrong ones.
