Trade went very well. I'm very happy with the laptop. The communication and advise pre purchase were very helpful. Once I purchased delivery was excellent.

Am happy with the laptop however, it was advertised that the laptop can withstand 5hrs youtube playback while on 50% brightness.

From 100% battery I can barely get an hour of usage on 50% brightness. And I only use it for viewing/responding to work emails.

I was a bit nervous ordering from Thunder Store as I'd never heard of them before! But went ahead due to their competitive pricing and good reviews. I received my laptop within days, and whilst it did have an issue after approx. 1 week, their communication was incredibly quick and useful when trying to identify the issue. I was able to ship the laptop back and they fixed it (replaced the motherboard) at no cost to me apart from shipping it back to them. I've had the laptop back for a week now and it's been going really well. So all in all, I'd really recommend this store based on price, product quality (apart from the hiccup with the first iteration of the laptop), and excellent customer service.

Great purchases for my kids who need computers for school. We really wanted to avoid crappy, cheap computers, but could not really afford 2 x new laptops. So this was a great approach, and they are top-notch and working well after a few months of usage now. Fast delivery, and good service.
