**$56,000 paid and still no supply or…
**$56,000 paid and still no supply or refund**
I ordered office supplies from Threshold in May and paid $56,000. I was told the order would be supplied, but I still have not received what I paid for.
The situation became even more frustrating because my carrier was misplaced, and I was unable to get meaningful support. I contacted the company around 78 times, but nothing was resolved.
I also requested a refund, but I have not received it.
Paying $56,000 and then having to repeatedly chase support with no resolution has been an extremely disappointing experience. Based on what has happened to me, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering a large order make sure they have clear written delivery and refund terms before paying.
