I normally wouldn't say anything but the sampler pac I bought doesn't seem to be up to what I expected.. Several sticks had to be tossed as they were poorly wrapped and burned terrible.. so far I enjoyed 1 out of 18.. I won't be buying this sampler again.

Completely predatory behavior.

I experience this with Cigars International as well, and guess what? They are both owned by the same company, Scandinavian Tobacco Group.
Someone needs to slap Scandinavian Tobacco Group with a class action law suite.

Horrible- Cigars Stale and no customer service.
Cigars were mostly stale and not properly humidified. Customer service is even worse. Take your business elsewhere.
