Easy, affordable and right categories

Stay away, use an old -fashioned insurance company that might cost you a bit more, but where physical people are involved in the policy producing. They have automated everything and while I expect most of the time, everything goes well; when it goes bad, it goes really bad. Despite asking for assistance, and involving my on the ground agent, the Thimble policy never would show the correct time of the event. I asked for over a week prior for someone to fix it and they would email instructions like I didn't know how to use a computer. Their fix was not an option, there was no such link to change the time of the event. Thank goodness we didn't have a claim, that would have been a nightmare trying to navigate their automation. Somethings, particularly insurance, are better when there is a person involved.

You could start by reading your emails and you would know what you did. The service was utterly terrible. No one would respond for days, then when they did, they gave instructions that sounded like they are working off an old version of the platform, noting that I could make the simple change myself when there was no way to make the change on the policy.

The ease of using Thimble and the bang for my buck! I would definitely use them again.
