I expected to not like my new insoles, but surprisingly I do like them. Hope they help my ankles from rolling in.

Getting a response back. I feel the return percentage however should have been more than 30 percent . 50 percent would have been more acceptable.

I can't believe how much pain was gone so quickly! I'm 2 weeks in and just about healed. I'm thankful that I bought extra inserts for my other shoes. Great price, fast delivery and real quick healing, thank you guys!!!

This was my first time trying this insoles and heel guards. The insole has a good ark support those I kept but unfortunately the heel guards didn’t work for me. I contacted the return company I explained my problem with heel guards I sent pictures to demonstrate my problem and they give me option, after approval they agreed to accept the heel back as an exchange for another insole. What I don’t agree is that I payed for the return fees and first place it was not in my mind to purchased the heel guards but after seen their advertisement I thought this might help my feet to improve. At the end of all I had a good customer services, the company understood.

My feet feel so much better I've tried other insoles and even bought orthotics from The good feet store these work the best that's why I've ordered 3pair

XStance customer service is fast and professional, and gives helpful advice/support. I am having Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis in my right foot/heel. I was given several suggestions to try. I'm in the process of testing each of them and will get back to customer support afterward.

I had really bad pain in my heel from my plantar fasciitis. One day after wearing these insoles I was totally pain free. No need for $300 custom orthodics.

I really didn’t use your customer service department. On a separate email, I simply mentioned that I had yet to receive my insoles so I couldn’t comment on them yet.

I have since received them and have been experimenting with various shoes. So far, so good.

Arrived in a timely manner. Fit was perfect. Took away Achilles tendonitis pain almost immediately.
