A less than welcoming experience…
I was disappointed with my experience today. The receptionist, Mary was not particularly welcoming, and I found her tone of voice quite intimidating. As I don’t access the safe very often, I wasn’t familiar with where I needed to swipe my access card, and I would have appreciated a little more patience and guidance.
When I asked for a breakdown of the cost I was paying for the three-year renewal, her response also came across as though my question was an inconvenience, which I found disappointing.
I believe customers should feel welcomed and comfortable asking questions, particularly when they are committing to a three-year service. Unfortunately, the experience today left me feeling that I would not want to use the service again, although the vault itself was secure and great, which is a shame.
