Unprofessional customer service and delayed refund
I ordered two bracelets from The Steel Shop, but unfortunately, one arrived defective. I reached out via their customer chat, and the representative explicitly instructed me to set up a return. I followed their directions exactly and shipped the item back.Later, they changed their stance and told me it should have been processed as a warranty claim instead and I would only get half back. Because of their confusing and contradictory instructions, I have now been waiting weeks for my full refund.The product issues are frustrating enough, but the lack of consistent communication and the long delay in returning my money is completely unacceptable. Proceed with caution if you need to deal with their customer support.

Faulty Clasp on Leather Bracelet
Faulty Clasp on Leather Bracelet, and the company does not stand behind its product. I wore my new bracelet for about 8 weeks, and it fell off during the day. I couldn't find the bracelet, so Steel Shop isn't offering a replacement under warranty. I spent $250+ on 3 bracelets, and they still just don't care. We will never buy from them again, and anybody who asks about my bracelets will hear the true story.

We would like to clarify that our warranty covers manufacturing defects, but unfortunately, it does not cover items that have been lost or stolen, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear. In situations where an item has been lost, we unfortunately cannot determine what happened to the bracelet after it was no longer in the customer’s possession, which is why lost items are excluded from our warranty coverage, and is true for most warranties across various businesses.
That being said, we are genuinely sorry that you feel we did not stand behind our product.
