Outstanding delivery and communication

I have read many critical feedback due to issues of delivery and customer service. In my case I can report an excellent one. I ordered an item on Sunday, I have received a few mails to confirm the order and then the beginning of the process of delivery on Monday and finally on Tuesday afternoon I have well received the parcel in perfect condition. Hence I am very satisfied. About the products, I know already the good quality since I was using some supplements a few year ago that were recommended by my nutritionist.
