Wij zijn The Good Roll, makers van duurzaam toiletpapier. Met ons toiletpapier bouwen wij toiletten in Ghana, een land waar dit hard nodig is. Waarom toiletten? Omdat zonder toegang tot een schone en veilige toilet ziekten zich sneller verspreiden en kinderen minder naar school kunnen. We think that is shit!

Great idea but not soft at all
I heard about the Good Roll on BNR. Really liked the idea, and helping the environment. Willing to pay a small premium but the paper is not soft at all. It feels like the gray toilet paper from 30 years ago. So no reorder for me until they get a much softer roll.

You keep sending me packages I didn’t order. I like the notion of a subscription but you never keep to the schedule, so I end up with three full cartons of toilet paper in my pantry and have to cancel your service. It really sucks, since I like your product a lot. But you need to improve your shipping and ordering. I need to cancel again now.

I wait a month now, no delivery yet.
I ordered a month ago 24 rolls.
They promised delivery within 2-5 days. After a mail, they tell, that this is a problem, that they are so busy, it might take a week.
Every 3 days advertisements in my mailbox, but no sign of my 24 rolls.
