I've been in several communities and most have disappointed. Before joining the MHP Pros I did quite a bit of vetting, back and forth and asked a lot of questions.

I had heard a bit about Mike and had spoken to Ryan a few times over the years as I explored his coaching program in the past.

What I was looking for was much more than content (although a bonus), I wanted access. I'm an operator and I wanted to be able to talk with and get guidance from someone that is doing deals and has experienced a lot more than I have. So after a lot of back and forth, I joined MHP Pros and didn't look back. One of the best decisions I've made in real estate.

The content is awesome but the guidance in the group mentorship is more than what I was looking for. I would recommend this group for anyone that is looking to scale their portfolio. There are so many nuanced questions that come up after your first deal and Mike and Ryan are just the people you want in your corner. I'm 4 months in and about to close on my second park and have another one right behind it.

Highly recommend these guys! Their high level of knowledge/experience and there willingness to help, have helped us beyond measure. I've had nothing but a good experience!

This is a fantastic group!

Everyone helps each other, there are great weekly/monthly calls, and the online forum is top-notch! If you are interested in learning more, just getting started or new to the space you will not be disappointed.

I joined the one-year subscription at 25 years old, honestly a little gun-shy at first. But after meeting everyone—from younger investors to seasoned operators—it’s been a great experience.

One of the biggest benefits has been connecting with people in my local market that I wouldn’t have met otherwise. While my local CREIA group is great, it couldn’t fully fill the knowledge gap I had around mobile home parks like this group did.

Even coming from a family already in the MHP business, I still learned a lot—especially around how to scale beyond the small mom-and-pop level, how to properly run numbers for refinancing, and how to think through expenses and underwriting in a more professional way than your typical YouTube content.

Most importantly, being part of a community that understands the ups and downs—and actually encourages you through each step—made a real difference.

Since joining, I’ve closed on my second small MHP, almost entirely seller-financed. That wouldn’t have happened, at least not this quickly, without the support, knowledge, and confidence this group provided.

Mike puts a lot of effort into this group and the people that join. I recommend this group over any other MHP group out there 100%.

Almost immediately, it was clear that this community was different from others. Everyone is genuinely willing to help and support each other. The community is not overwhelmed with lurkers or people who just want everything handed to them, like some others. Mike and Ryan have created great materials and are constantly updating or adding new resources. More importantly, they care deeply about everyone getting value. It's the best community I have been a part of.

I've been a MHP investor for three years so I was not sure when I joined how much value I would get. I'm so glad I was wrong. 30 Minutes into our first call I could see the group was going to far exceed my expectations. Michael and Ryan care deeply that all members get what they need. I learned a lot from Michael about underwriting and Ryan opened my eyes to a whole new way to evaluate places to invest. Whether you are new or have been an investor for a while there is something for everyone to learn in this group.

I signed up with The 30day MHp course and jumped right into the MHP Master Mind group this is full of great content. Active investors doing real deals. Underwriting, LOI questions due diligence, Purchase and Sale agreement discussions. Then I joint the group mentoring weekly call group. Where we got to underwrite real deals, determine if they were a go deal, so so or no goes. Talking about heavy lift parks with infill, lots with repairs, bill back etc. What to be aware of so you don't go broke. Overall value is an A plus if you are considering this group.

This program was been exceptional in my experience. Between the coursework which takes you from day 1 to full running of the park, countless calls to educate you on legal contract writing, renovating manufactured homes, understanding underwriting, and the best systems I have seen. This program was been my absolute favorite. The community is stellar and provides their own insights to help with your growth, the networking, and the weekly study groups and group calls, I couldn't have asked for a better program. This is truly the program you need to get you into your first mobile home or your 10th. I have seen beginners and professionals get an incredible amount of education that has catapulted their success. I highlight recommend it for anyone who is interested in becoming a MHP operator.

I've been in the MHP Pros program for four months, I've learned so much. Both Michael and Ryan are knowledgeable and attentive to their students. Huge value for the price! There are a plethora of masterminds out there and I'm part of some of them, but without a doubt this is the ONE to be a part of if you're interested in MHPs. Not only is the community great - others chime in with thoughtful questions, offer helpful advice and share their experiences but Michael is SO hands on and really goes the extra mile to answer your questions or finds the answer if he does not know. I started my mobile home park journey in college over 25 years ago. I made the plans, read the books, went to seminars, and bought all the bootcamp courses. But instead of buying a park, I built a successful business that ultimately distracted me from my original goal.
