Rude sake assistant
I wanted to change my address delivery, sent straight an email to the company, I saw their reply next day, any how I emailed them back the new address and asked to confirm it, they didn't reply, I went to live chat, then started to have a sale assistant giving out at me, telling me I have problems with my emails, and 12min ago we replied. I was shocked from the way he ( John) replied me I told him I could simply tell me new address was updated.
