The site would not let me cancel the subscription. I tried multiple times to cancel, and I could not find a phone number to call and speak with a staff member to cancel earlier. I had to wait until the subscription expired.

We did want to flag one thing: your account generated 14 tee time alerts across 16 snipe requests — so the availability was definitely being found. If those alerts didn't translate into bookings, it's possible the notifications arrived while you were away from your phone (SMS alerts for high-demand times move fast!). For situations like that, our "Book It" feature can automatically reserve the time on your behalf the moment it opens up — no need to act on an alert at all.
Thank you for the follow-up. We understand how frustrating that must have felt, and we want to clarify what happened: because your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store, cancellation is managed entirely by Apple — not through our website or app. We have no ability to cancel or modify App Store subscriptions on our end, which is why you wouldn't have found a way to do it through us directly. For any future reference, iOS subscriptions can be cancelled anytime at Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. We're sorry this wasn't made clearer upfront, and we appreciate you sharing the experience.

Our system actually detected 6 tee times at Torrey Pines and sent you an alert each time. However, we noticed that SMS notifications are currently turned off on your account — alerts are being sent to your email only. Most of our users keep texting enabled so they can tap the booking link instantly from their phone, which makes a big difference at a course as competitive as Torrey Pines, where windows close in seconds.
We'd love to help you get this set up correctly. If you reach out to our support team, we can walk you through enabling SMS and make sure you don't miss the next one. Torrey Pines is one of the hardest courses in the country to snag a tee time — we want to make sure you're set up for success when the next slot opens.

I would def try again and may add back next Golf season for some of the harder to get tee times.
