I paid $190 for custom night guards, and from the very beginning the experience has been a disaster.

It took 7 days just to receive the impression kit, 20 more days to manufacture the guards, and another 7 days for shipping. After waiting all that time, the guards arrived and did not fit at all.

When I contacted customer service, they took 7 days just to respond. They offered to remake the guards, and I agreed only after they promised to expedite the process. I was told the impression kit would arrive within 2 days and that the entire remake would take no more than 7 days.

That promise was not kept. It has now been 15 more days, I still have not received my replacement, and they have stopped responding to my emails.

The product has been unusable, the communication has been terrible, and the customer service has been the worst I have ever experienced. This company repeatedly makes promises it does not keep and shows no respect for its customers' time.

I have requested a full refund because I no longer trust this company. Save yourself the frustration and buy your night guards somewhere else.

Good advice from them to use the middle size. It definitely fits better. I'm very happy with the 4mm tough guard. Definitely better than the 3 mm for a tough grinder/ clencher that likes to chew on the guard.

I've bought SEVERAL guards from them. The guards are sturdy, a GREAT value and I have tried both the soft & hard. I have one of each & go back & forth -- I'd only had hard ones in the past (from dentist) -- the fit is custom & easy to set up -- I pay for storage of mold so reordering is EASY -- customer service is responsive & friendly.

These are high quality guards that I have been using for years. I have severe TMJ and rely on 2 guards to protect my teeth and jaw while I sleep. Ordering is simple and fast. I appreciate all of the options for types, fit, and cuts. Reordering is a breeze when you store your molds!
