On THURSDAY 2nd April, I decided I wanted to place an order with this company, after doing a search for a smartmax tractor set, and they had the most competitive price especially as they had an extra 15% off over Easter. Whilst on the site, I also noticed they did Mega Bloks, although knew they did them a lot cheaper elsewhere, both at ARGOS and VERY it made sense to order it all from the same place especially as they also advertised doing a PRICE MATCH. I contacted the company via their email, and they later advised I had to fill a form out for it as a different department dealt with this. I went back to the company site, and followed the link for price match, but this just mentioned about the price match policy, with no link to any form. I then tried their Bot which was useless so had to request to talk to a person. After waiting a while, I had to leave it as I had a few jobs to attend to. Later in the afternoon, Muhammed had replied, telling me the link to the form was on the product page I wished to price match.

I then filled the form, copying and pasting the links it asked for, but it would not send, and came up with the following:
Warning: Undefined array key "product_attributes" etc etc.

As the day was getting on, I decided to telephone the company, but no one answered, asking only for me to leave a message. I then tried Muhammed again via the online chat, explaining the problem, together with providing the link above. I also provided the link to the product being sold cheaper at VERY and said I could provide the link for ARGOS too if required. He said he would look into it.

When he eventually got back to me he said a member of the senior team would look into it but it would not be until Tuesday as everyone was off for Easter. I HAD BEEN TRYING ON AND OFF ALL DAY THURSDAY TO PLACE THIS ORDER AND COME TUESDAY, THE EXTRA DISCOUNT OFFER OVER EASTER WOULD HAVE ENDED!

In the end, I did go ahead with the order Spending on an extra item I did not really want, so I could get free postage, to make up for the extra I was paying for the Mega Bloks.

I advised Muhammed what I was having to do, but there has never been an acknowledgement of the issues and will not be using the company again because of the failings of the customer service department and the lack of acknowledgment that their procedures for price match are not fit for purpose.

I forgot to add discount code ontop of my order and support were able to refund the difference no questions asked.

Have just used Teddybearland for the first time , as they offered the exact bear I needed at the best price.
Also like to add I made an error with my order , and they corrected my error very quickly.

My order arrived very promptly, and was packaged well; it was a gift for a friend and I was able to give it to her in the lovely gift box that it arrived in. I ordered a Steiff limited edition bear which was significantly cheaper than elsewhere. It is presented beautifully and arrived promptly.

Best price I could find for Steiff bear, well packaged when shipped. Posted Royal Mail 24hr. Very pleased

The ordered bear arrived within the mentioned timeframe, in a nice gift box, packed carefully.
All the customs duties where included in the shipping price, which is also a big plus.

They are very very helpful if you have a problem with shipping! Did everything for me that it works the way I needed it, without any extra costs! The Emailsupport is awesome

I ordered a Stieff teddy bear for my granddaughter in the USA. It arrived within 2 weeks of ordering and at a very reasonable shipping cost. The bear itself is lovely and soft and of high quality. I spoke to the Customer Service Department for advice on shipping and they were extremely helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We recently decided to buy a Merrythought teddy for our Grandson's 4th birthday and pondered about paying so much. He has wanted a nice teddy for some time and we decided we would order the Merrythought, Edward Bear for his 4th birthday.
I was a little worried that there wouldn't be one in stock so contacted the company. A lovely lady said she would check the warehouse and call me back. She did this within a few minutes and returned my call reassuring me that they had the required bear.
We received the bear just a very few days later and in perfect condition. Thank you Post Office parcel service
We found Teddybearland staff to be excellent and trustworthy which means a lot these days.
All that remains is for us to give the bear to one happy little birthday boy!

Decided to buy this Christmas bear after watching ‘Inside the Factory’ on TV and seeing the process of the bear being made. I was very impressed that it was completely handmade and looked great!
My bear arrived shortly after and is lovely! What let it down was the packaging…… I expected it to arrive in a nice presentation box (it wasn’t cheap after all!), but it arrived squashed, in a plastic bag in an ill fitting flimsy box. It was what you would expect with a cheap imported soft toy. Very disappointing. If this had been a present I would have returned it.
