The bike Camera I bought is excellent quality. Both the manufacture and quality of finish are exquisite. The usability is great too and how I can easily connect to it via cable to my phone! The picture quality is amazing.

Great service. Having been around various bike shops, and shared some of the questionable options I’d been shown with a friend, I was advised to visit Team Cycles.

I spoke to Richard, who was very knowledgeable and honest about what purchase I should make, guiding me towards a bike better suited to me, rather than a more expensive bike with all the bells and whistles… that I didn’t need.

Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately the size did not fit. It seems to be an ongoing thing with cycling gear. What sizes says in one place is always different in another but the communication with the company was very good and the return and refund was very fast

I bought a second hand gravel bike, which was a bargain for the price. After taking the bike away I discovered an issue with the seat post bolts, which were worn/sheared. I took the bike back to Team Cycles and they fitted a new seat post with no extra charge. They also delivered the bike back to my home address with no extra charge.

The staff were friendly and were non-judgemental. The manager of the store was also very calm, patient and professional at all times.

Fantastic - I’m not good with DIY but the bike came in almost complete. I only had to do 3 things; tighten the handle bar, adjust the seat, and fit in the pedals. I loved the video you sent over on email, I just followed it! Thank you team!

I ordered a new tyre on line. Fair price and excellent service.

I purchased a Trek Marlin 5, delivered on 10 July. On 11 July, after approximately 25 minutes of normal riding, the pedal fell off and the crank arm thread was completely destroyed.
The pedals were installed correctly by a person who works professionally with motocross bikes and bicycles, using proper tools. One pedal is completely fine, but the other side failed, the inside of the crank arm has no thread left at all, which strongly suggests a manufacturing defect.
When I contacted the shop, my messages were repeatedly dismissed and I was told the pedals were ‘incorrectly installed’ without any proper investigation. The pedal spindle is intact and shows no signs of cross‑threading, and a cross‑threaded pedal does not last 25 minutes, it fails immediately.
Instead of offering support, inspection, replacement or a refund, the shop ignored the evidence and continued insisting on incorrect installation.
Very disappointing experience for a brand‑new Trek Marlin 5 bought as a birthday present.
