I have been having trouble navigating my account all morning. I finally reached out and called customer service for tech help; there was no answer, but a woman named Yolani promptly returned my call. She navigated me through my issues and was very patient and kind throughout the whole process. Very helpful with things she didn't even realize I needed help with, I was about to be done with Wisephone, but she changed my mind when she showed me the simplicity of what I thought was complicated.
