They do not give an option to be removed from the call list without having to actually call them. If that doesn't scream "we're a shady company" i don't know what does.

The process of dealing with the IRS is filled with anxiety. Our Tax Defense Professional, Siedah Lake, made a very daunting experience so manageable and seamless. Siedah was responsive, patient, communicative and efficient. She never sugar-coated what we were up against, but she never - ever gave us the sense or impression that our case was hopeless. Siedah was our second tax professional and the difference was like night and day. Although she had all of our documentation in front of her, she took the time to listen to our 'story' of how we got here. We were never made to feel small or irresponsible. Even in the thick of managing our case, I was fixated on the 'next steps'. With poise and professionalism, Siedah and the admin team calmly helped us to not get ahead of the process. It also reassured that she provided us with timing estimates to manage our expectations. Even though our case has come to a close, we were elated that Siedah was with at the finish line. The service and professionalism is REAL! Thank you Tax Defense for defending us!

They don't contact you with the total amount the IRS claims you owe, if they are going to reduce my taxes, what the balance I owe on my taxes. I have been sending them money for a while now. No statements are being sent to me as I requested.

I COMPLETELY messed up and didn't do the due diligence I should have, and signed up with this company AFTER I had commited to working with another tax resolution service.
Their agent was kind enough to give me a refund and help me to understand that there ARE so many with "Tax" in their name.

There was no resolution after 2 1/2 years, I was told I should call the IRS and try to make a payment plan. That's what I thought I paid them to do. Meanwhile my interest and penalties grew and now I owe more. They never offered me an offer In Compromise, when I asked about it, they said I was not contracted to do so, they never said they only worked with the Federal and not my State. All along I thought they were trying to resolve my State.
I'm worse off now than when I hired them and paid them $9,500.00 to do absolutely nothing.

I have hired and payed for their services to help me with my New York tax issue. I could not for 3 months get a person on the phone to discuss my case, and now I open the mail and find my drivers license for New is Suspended for taxes. Before I hired and payed this company I explained they sent me a letter 5 months ago that they will suspend my license and I was assured they would take care of this. Now, no one calls back, they were paid and I have no update and my license is suspended !

I would not recommend Tax Defense Network based on my experience. I hired them with the expectation that they had the expertise to resolve my tax issues, but instead I was left with an unresolved problem that ultimately cost me thousands of dollars.

Communication was inconsistent, updates were limited, and despite paying for professional assistance, I did not receive the results I was led to expect. What should have been a solution became a prolonged, frustrating process with significant financial consequences.

When you hire a tax resolution company, you are trusting them during an already stressful situation. Unfortunately, I felt unsupported throughout the process, and my tax issues remained unresolved while the financial impact continued to grow.

If you’re considering hiring Tax Defense Network, I strongly encourage you to thoroughly research your options, ask detailed questions about their process, and fully understand what services they will actually provide before signing a contract. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
