Friendly & efficient service with great support. The App is easy to use & great for standard tax returns. For more complex cases (e.g. for country relocations during the tax year) there is professional support to hand which ensures a smooth process up to and including the final tax return filing.

Overall nice experience and fair price!
All fields are easy to understand and fill. Overall, pleasant experience. Having everything in English is a huge advantage, as I don't have to translate frequently.
The price is fair for the singles and couples, and if you have to pay back to the Finanzamt, Taxando doesn't even charge!
It doesn't offer in-depth options, but that is also an advantage, as some people need just general tax declaration.

Almost too good to be true
Their app has saved us tons of time and headaches over the years. As Expats we have often needed to file with the help of a lawyer, which they offer affordably and competently. I can wholeheartedly recommend this app.

For the first time I just find it strange that for the first declaration I didn't have to pay anything because I didn't receive any money as return, according to your policy and I didn't receive any decision from Tax office.
For the second one it showed that I will get around 800 euros so I had to pay for the tax submition, after I paid I received the decision from Tax office that declaration wasn't accurate, even though I copied everything from the yearly statement as was requested and I owe 18 euros to them.
So for free service seems that they didn't send any declaration.
Support do not reply.
Do not recommend.
