I ordered a rug for our terrace which turned out to be too small (smaller than the measured size) and want to return it within the 30 day window of being able to do so, however the company do not answer emails, nor phones, nor can you contact them via the website. I cannot recommend this company in good conscience.
Friendly and efficient! We are delighted with our new carpet. Exactly as described and delivered promptly. We already have another carpet from the same company, which is equally good quality. Thank you Tapeso!
Bought a rug from here and when arrived the quality was diabolical like something you get back from Temu, contacted the company so I could return it which they did and was told a refund had been processed and would be in my bank in 2-3 business working days, and guess what a week later still no refund. Luckily I paid via paypal as it's only way I got my money back, even after emailing them numerous times and I was ignored.
So if you want to throw your money down the drain and then get ripped off even further then definitely shop here as they will 💯 not let you down
Bought an outdoor/indoor rug , I specifically emailed the company to make sure it would be suitable for outdoor use even if it rained, they emailed back to say YES it would definitely withstand rain ,wrong , it’s totally ruined after getting wet overnight
We did not like the colour of the rug we ordered from tapiso. We contacted their customer service to arrange a return, they responded within 24hrs. The rug got collected from my home and the delivery personal also bought the shipping label with him. The rug got collected on 25th of sep and we received the refund on the 3rd of Oct. We are very pleased with tapiso's customer service and ease of return and receiving refund. I would definitely recommend Tapiso.
I have contacted this company about returning a rug by email, message, Facebook message and by phone and I am getting no response.
I'm a little disappointed with his quality.
firstly, the carpet leaves a strong smell of solvent in the room, even after 1 year I have to air the room every day.
secondly, its surface appearance deteriorates with each passage of the vacuum cleaner, the hairs are crushed in all directions and it's not pretty.
