Will only fix mistakes after bad reviews
My wife got me a laptop sleeve as a present. Title, description and specifications each say "ægter leder", i.e. "real leather". The sleeve is made of PVC. My wife told them repeatedly that she expects them to send a leather cover which clearly also exists from the same brand. They refuse to do anything beyond a refund and little 50kr voucher. That's a lot of hassle for the consumer when they are clearly lying on their shop.
After writing this review here with 1 star they finally got into action and we ended up getting a real leather sleeve by the same brand, same design and in the same color without paying extra. This should have been the default and not only happening after a bad review.

Horrible
Unfortunately, my cover for my laptop was not as expected. Came defective as there is a hole in the case and came with white “stuff” on it. Also, the product itself was not the best material to protect your laptop. Just to make things worse they have only responded once stating that their “team” will contact me directly to come up with a solution but yet have to email/send me an sms.

In our reply, we confirmed that the product was not as it should be. We therefore sent you a free return code, so you can return the item at no cost, and you can of course receive a full refund for the purchase. As an alternative, we also offered to send you a new item.
