It’s about 10 days ago I got the procedure done … still early to say anything about the outcome but I do hope to get the desired results. I am actually very impressed with the post procedure follow up. Post care instructions are illustrative and I find this extremely helpful. Thanks Turkeyana team for your care, support and cooperation 🙏

They did a great job with my hair transplantation. After a year of recovery I don’t have a lake in the woods situation on my head. It was also very convenient, they met me in the airport, transported to the hotel they booked for me, then transported to the clinic a couple of times and then to the airport again. So didn’t have to organize all this little things in a foreign country. Everything took approximately 3 days, which is great if you have a busy schedule. The only complaint: they didn’t tell me exact time when they take me to the clinic, so I woke up early in the morning even though I wanted to sleep and waited till noon for that information, but it’s minor inconvenience in comparison with the great result I got.

The company has good technical ability, however overall financial info
sharing prior to procedure would make the work much better.
Moreover, post procedure care information was not shared well and on time.

I started treatment with TurkeyAna clinic, paying my money upfront for 8 implants and a full set of Teeth. Once they had my money, they changed their minds, & only gave me4 implants on the bottom. They told me their was nothing they could do for the top at all. They left me with no teeth at all.I have been chasing my money since I left Istanbul. They are claiming that they refunded my prepayment post office card, but my card provider tracks all transactions and confirms no money was ever sent. As we all no prepayment cards do not except monies from abroad. They keep putting me off like telling me accounts could not send money at the moment that was for months then saying they have paid me. I am returning to turkey in the end of August to go to another clinic to fix this mess,& will be taking this straight to the Ministry of health & the tourist Police if my monies are not Transferred via bank transfer immediately. Please AVOID this clinic at All Costs.

I went for a hair transplant consultation but they advised me that I wouldn’t get a good result because my doner are is not healthy enough. I appreciated the honesty since other places directly gave me a quote and tried to sell me an operation I didn’t need.
I ended up having a dental appointment and had some cavities treated and my teeth cleaned.
I want to thank the staff and the doctors for their honesty and transparency.

I heard about Turkeyana Clinic through a colleague of mine. He highly recommended them and I decided to contact them. I must admit, I was extremely nervous because I didn’t know what to expect and I’ve never flown out of the country before. They handled everything and picked me up from the airport/ made my hotel reservation for me. It’s been almost four months and the results has been amazing!

I traveled from the United States to Turkeyana for dental implants, trusting them with something that was supposed to improve my life. Instead, I have been left with lasting discomfort and ongoing problems from the implants themselves, and the experience has been emotionally and financially devastating.
After everything I went through—the pain, the repeated trips, and the constant uncertainty—I reached a point where I had no choice but to demand proper resolution. Turkeyana has refused to take full responsibility for what happened, and they are not making it right by covering the flights and hotel stays that were necessary because of their treatment and follow-up requirements.
What makes this even more frustrating is that they are only offering to “fix” things again, after a terrible job the first time. Given my experience and the outcome so far, this does not feel like accountability or care; it feels like they are minimizing the damage they caused to my life and finances.
Our family chose Turkeyana expecting professional, compassionate care and reliable support for international patients who must manage complex travel and accommodation to receive treatment. Instead, I have been left in pain and without meaningful accountability for the financial and emotional damage caused. At this point, I cannot recommend Turkeyana to anyone considering dental implants or major dental work, especially if you are an international patient who would be risking significant time, money, and your quality of life. Make sure to stay far away from Turleyana.

I had a few issues with the clinic. After consultation and quote for a removal and replacement of breast implants and a TOTAL thigh lift, I arrived at clinic to be told I needed to pay an additional $1,000 for a total thigh lift even after previous quote. Even though I paid the additional money, Dr only performed a partial thigh lift. After surgery I was placed in my room with minimal contact with nursing staff the 3 days there. Dr arrived 2 days after surgery and I questioned the procedure and I was not given any explanation why a TOTAL lift was not performed. Communication with the clinic is beyond poor. I did have a translator at times, but I was not told hospital staff did not speak English. Prior to surgery and signing at least 50-60 pages regarding surgery I asked for a copies and was told to take pictures. I was not given any post op care. I was also told they would give up to $100 towards airfare cost, But they did not follow up. I was told my stitches were dissolvable, eight week post op stitches were still intact around nipples and breasts are very noticeably uneven. Pictures sent to dr and I was told to go to a dr here and have then removed. The translator was nice to have at dr appt and I appreciate his time but the clinic communication and procedure results are NOT what they should be after 13 weeks. I would not recommend this clinic for plastic surgery. I am so very disappointed in my results but just as importantly, services that I consulted on and paid in full were NOT performed.

I had the hydrafacial cosmetic treatment for my skin, and the result were instant, the only thing that bothered me is awaiting time before the session.

❌ Misleading pricing, terrible communication, and a wasted trip
I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with Turkeyana Clinic. Before traveling to Turkey, I was given an over-the-phone quotation of $2,200. While I completely understand that a treatment plan can slightly vary after an in-person consultation, what happened was unacceptable.
Upon my arrival, they completely changed the plan, and the bill skyrocketed to $5,500—more than double the original estimate! This is not a "slight adjustment"; it is misleading and highly unprofessional.
Because I did not carry that amount of extra cash, I couldn't proceed with the treatment. As a result, I threw away around $2,000 on flights and hotel accommodations for absolutely nothing.
To make matters worse, the staff's attitude completely shifted once they realized I wouldn't pay the inflated price. Instead of taking responsibility for their massive underestimation, they treated me with total disrespect and lack of empathy.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a clinic in Turkey. I highly advise anyone considering Turkeyana to be extremely cautious about their financial quotes. What they promise over the phone is miles away from reality.

My friend and I visited this clinic for a hair transplant, and I have to say, the building is huge and very clean. We were both thrilled with the results it exceeded our expectations and was 100% successful. However, we did run into some issues with communication and hospitality. I spent eight hours there for the procedure, and the translator only checked on me once for 30 seconds during that time. The workers performing the transplant are very dedicated, but they don’t speak English, and effective communication is crucial. Improving this aspect, along with hospitality, would make a significant difference. Despite these concerns, the quality of their work is excellent. I can guarantee that if they address these simple issues, they would definitely see a big increase in demand because they do a very quality job.
I’d also like to give a shoutout to my assistant, Isaac, who supported me throughout this journey and patiently answered all my questions day and night.

Recently, a 5-part dental bridge broke after about a year. That is, of course, very annoying.
After reporting this to Turkeyana, they quickly offered to repair it under full warranty. This repair was recently carried out and the restoration was excellent. And once again with full V.I.P. service, such as transport to and from the airport and hotel.

I traveled to Turkey for a breast implant procedure at Turkiana Clinic after being informed over the phone that I would only need to stay for 5 days. However, after arriving, I was told that I actually needed to stay for 7 days. I accepted this change because I believed the results would be worth it.
Unfortunately, what happened afterward was a complete nightmare.
After the surgery and returning to my hotel, I immediately noticed that the results looked very poor. My breasts were clearly asymmetrical, with one appearing noticeably larger than the other. In addition, I experienced severe swelling, extreme fatigue, nausea, and persistent discomfort.
When I contacted the clinic, I was repeatedly told that these symptoms were "normal." However, my condition became unbearable, and I insisted on returning to the clinic. Sadly, the treatment I received was extremely disappointing. I felt that the level of care completely changed once payment had been made. I did not feel properly cared for or supported during a very difficult time.
At one point, I collapsed and lost consciousness on the floor. When I woke up, I was lying on a bed at the clinic. By then, I no longer felt safe continuing my treatment there and only wanted to return to my home country to receive proper medical care.
Due to concerns that my condition could worsen, I ultimately had the implants removed.
This was the worst medical experience of my life, and I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone. I strongly advise others to thoroughly research and carefully consider all options before undergoing surgery there.

Bad experience, beautiful teeth but terrible functionality! They cemented them and the worst part was, a few months after I had an infection in a molar, they did the root canal here in Madrid and the worst came later because they didn't have the screws to loosen the piece 🧩 they had to break and lose two crowns that were joined together.

Avoid this clinic at all cost. Especially for people coming in from USA. Please find another alternative. This will be a total waste of your time.
My experience with Turkeyana started off well. In the beginning, communication was prompt, and my questions were answered clearly and professionally. However, things changed once I arrived for my procedure.
Unexpected hidden fees started coming up, and I was constantly being asked to pay for additional services. In the end, I paid about $1,200 more than the original quoted price. My first procedure involved placing the implant screws and crowning the rest of my teeth that did not require implants.
After that, communication became a major issue. The representative I initially worked with, “David,” completely stopped responding, and I was assigned another support representative who would only reply to messages days later.
I later returned for the implant crowns and went back to the U.S. Unfortunately, months later, one of the implants came out. When I reached out for support, communication was again very poor. After a lot of back and forth, we finally agreed on dates for me to return for treatment. I booked my flight, paid for accommodations, and took time off work — only to be informed afterward that the clinic would actually be closed during the dates I was scheduled to come.
This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had. While the initial communication was impressive, the aftercare, customer service, and organization were extremely disappointing.
Persistent Infection After Root Canal Treatment
I had dental treatment at Turkeyana Clinic in November 2024, including a tooth extraction, bridge placement, and root canal treatments.
Unfortunately, since the procedure, I have continued experiencing pain in one of the treated teeth, especially when pressure is applied to the bridge. After returning to Dublin, I was evaluated by two independent dentists who confirmed a persistent periapical infection in tooth 32. Clinical notes and radiographs indicated that this lesion was not present before the root canal treatment.
I followed the clinic’s recommendation and took antibiotics, but the symptoms persisted. Both dentists advised that antibiotics alone are not a definitive solution and that specialist retreatment may be required.
I am also disappointed with aspects of the overall experience. After the treatment and once my flights were already booked, I was informed that the previously discussed airport transfer would no longer be included under the agreed price.
Additionally, immediately after finishing the treatment, a staff member asked me to leave a positive review while standing beside me, guided me on what to write, asked for a screenshot of the review, and only then allowed me to leave.
Despite sending radiographs, clinical findings, and multiple follow-ups regarding the unresolved infection, I eventually stopped receiving proper responses regarding responsibility for the corrective treatment.
Very disappointed with the aftercare and overall handling of this situation.
Update — June 2026:
Since posting this review, I want to share how Turkeyana handled my case, as I believe it’s relevant for anyone considering treatment here.
After the review, their Customer Care team reached out and asked for my radiographs. I provided these along with written confirmation from two independent dentists in Dublin (3Dental and St. Patrick’s Dental Clinic) that tooth 32 showed a periapical infection that developed after the root canal treatment, and had not resolved despite a course of antibiotics recommended by Turkeyana.
Over the following weeks, I was repeatedly told by their team that “the doctor reviewed the case and there’s nothing wrong with the root canal treatment,” despite the independent findings I had shared. Eventually, on 20/05/2026, their Quality Department issued a formal written decision offering free root canal retreatment and new crowns — but only at their clinic in Istanbul, with no accommodation included, flights and visa costs at my own expense, and a note stating the treatment plan “might change” with a possible additional cost to me.
Given the months of being told nothing was wrong, and the cost of travelling back to Turkey (flights, accommodation, lost working days), I asked whether they would instead contribute toward the cost of completing the treatment locally in Ireland, or consider a partial refund for the procedure that failed. I was told their policy is fixed and cannot accommodate this.
I have all documentation, radiographs, and correspondence to support this timeline. Based on my experience, the response to public reviews seems aimed at reputation management rather than resolving the underlying problem.
Adding supporting documentation: clinical notes from 3Dental (March 2025) and a radiograph from St. Patrick’s Dental Clinic (2026), both confirming a periapical lesion in tooth 32 that developed after the root canal treatment performed at Turkeyana in November 2024 — showing the issue has persisted for over a year despite antibiotics.

DO NOT GET YOUR WORK DONE HERE!! Don’t get a hair transplant. Don’t get Botox, don’t get filler. Don’t get anything and DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! These people are complete monsters. They do not care about you are not professional, have no decency. All they want to do is get their hands on your wallet and credit cards. They are liars, they are not kind, they pretend to be. They’re ter
(They smoked cigarettes during the procedure, I was gagging on the smell while they were implanting with their dirty hands, and they were also watching a tv show on their iPhone while doing the implantation.
Upon arrival, the experience diverged sharply from what was promised:
1. Unsafe and Unsanitary Hotel Conditions
• I was placed in an unsanitary, overheated, unsafe hotel, completely inconsistent with what was advertised.
• Conditions included filthy bedding with visible toenail clippings, extreme heat, and poor hygiene — all detrimental to surgical recovery.
2. Lack of Translator & Informed Consent
• I was given very limited access to a bilingual translator, who appeared briefly and left.
• When I asked medical questions or requested explanations, I was repeatedly told “tomorrow, tomorrow.”
• My post‑operative questions were not answered until the day I was leaving for the airport.
• I signed documents without fully understanding them, due to language barriers, not-present translators (which generally only appeared when and were the ones making the coercive upsells) and extreme exhaustion due to sleep deprivation.
3. Sleep Deprivation and Medication
• I was given medication that caused severe insomnia, leaving me sleep deprived, cognitively impaired, and vulnerable during critical decision moments completely alone without an unbiased translator.
• This significantly impaired my ability to advocate for myself or make informed financial decisions.
UNAUTHORIZED “STEM CELL” PROCEDURE & UPSELL WITH INCOMPLETE BOTOX/FILLER TREATMENTS
• I was never given a personal consultation regarding graft placement, styling, or density preferences.
• The only “consultation” I received was the doctors statement:
“Your hair is too thin — this will not work unless you do stem cell therapy.”
• This was presented as mandatory, not optional for graft survival.
• I was charged for this under pressure, being told I wouldn’t be able to get my transplant unless I submitted to the additional treatment, after I had already traveled internationally and committed to surgery.
• The location from which the “stem cells” were taken is unclear and questionable, and no documentation was provided of the sample quality or sample legitimacy prior the procedure.
• This procedure or the potential necessity of it was never discussed prior to travel and was not part of the agreed package.
I was further told that they only performed 70% of coverage on my head due to this stem cell procedure allegedly taking care of the other 30%. When pressed on why, they told me that my graft survival depended on it, giving me no further explanation.
My Botox/filler procedures were attempted to be discussed in advance but my liaison kept telling me that it would be discussed when I am at the clinic and they can absolutely perform it. They didn’t perform any Botox or filler until my last day there under pressure to fulfill their obligation to my payment. They said they were unable to do a full job due to the swelling of my head. They proceeded to shoot no more than 8 units of Botox and 2 units of filler, which is significantly less than expected. I was also not given a proper clinician to assess my needs prior to injections.
SURGICAL & MEDICAL IRREGULARITIES
• The consulting doctor DID NOT perform the surgery, contrary to expectations.
• The procedure took place at night, with a team whose credentials were unclear.
• No one on the surgical team spoke English and was able to answer my questions or concerns during the procedure.
• There was no supervising physician introduced or identified or present for the procedure.
• PRP sessions, which were included in my package, were never explained nor knowingly administered.
• A laser treatment machine used post‑op was broken on one side.
POST‑OP MEDICATION CHARGE & DELAY
• Despite being told that all post‑operative medications were included, I was forced to pay an additional ₺115,310 TL.
• This charge was processed while I was heavily medicated, exhausted, in considerable pain and stress
