My husband loves these and looks great in them. Incredibly comfortable

I got a stain on the shorts wearing them for first time on the boat. Mud or oil or something in seaweed pushing boat off.

I can’t get stain out bc can only be hand washed. I let them soak. I have to just replace and buy a new pair

I placed this order a very long time ago and paid extra for express delivery. Yet I never received the package.

When I contacted customer service to complain and specifically pointed out that I had paid for express delivery, all I got was a completely useless, standard automated response telling me that the package was “on its way.” No explanation, no proper assistance, no solution — nothing.

And now, after all this time, you’re asking me to review my experience. So here it is.

Great product and service! Very happy with the fit and quality of my Tucann Cookie Black trunks!

I have ended up buying these in 4 different colors because they are the perfect fit and look great — love the vibrant colors too. I got the black, turquoise, bright yellow/orange, and red

I returned one item and asked for the next size up. I received the same color and size. You were quick to issue the credit for the duplicate purchase. However, I would like to return the new item in exchange for the next size up.

At this point I’m very much disapointed with the shipping process … it’s been already 17 days from the date of purchase and my item is still being processed in the US … with no update on expected delivery date.

Please provide update on expected delivery date

Best Men's Swim Shorts I Ever Purchased for my Husband. Perfect Fit and the Quality is Outstanding.

I had an excellent experience with Tucann customer service (Regine, in particular). My package appeared to have been lost in transit based on a "delivery" notification from UPS. I explained the situation to Regine and she immediately facilitated a full refund. A week or so after the original delivery notification, the package arrived. Tucann was happy to give me the choice of returning the goods at no charge or repurchase them. This experience gave me full confidence that if anything goes wrong, Tucann will help resolve the issue to the best of their ability. I chose to repurchase the swimwear as the quality looks excellent. I will be back online to purchase more. Thanks Regine and the team!

The customer service has been excellent. Very responsive to answering questions, which I usually have not experienced in the past with other online purchases.
The swim suit was received earlier than expected and was looked as nice as in the pics. They fit perfectly and my wife loves them! Will be purchasing again from Tucann!!!!

I found Tucann on social media and loved the swimsuit colors and styles they offered however you don’t know what you will receive so I was hopeful that it would live up to the hype. I realized after ordering I accidentally ordered the wrong size and emailed customer service immediately. To my surprise they responded in less that 10 minutes and told me they would change the size before leaving. Tucann lived up to that promise!!! I received my swimsuits in the correct size and they were the best quality swimsuit I ever owned before! The product is amazing… the customer service even better!!! I will never buy another brand outside of Tucann ever again. Thanks Tucann for a great product and great service! I’m sorry I could only rate you 5 stars when you deserve so much higher than that.

Great quality shorts. Fit amazingly. Definitely recommend following the washing and drying recommendations. The customer service team (especially Kim) were very helpful and responsive to any issues and concerns that you have and go above and beyond to get resolution.
