Shipping almost 2 weeks but anyway in time comparing on what they declare. Before shipping I asked on post service desk whatsapp which pedal and canteen keeper. They told me yes but at the end bike arrived with very cheap pedals and without canteen keeper... that's way 3 star

Excellent Shop! I bought a Specialized Tarmac SL8 Expert Ultegra Di2, delivered from Italy to Belgium. One wheel had small scratch, and Sportissimo sended me a whole new wheelset without discussion, during this process all communication went swift and I can only recommend this shop to all of you. I bought Specialized Tarmac SL8 in Sportissimo online shop. The bike is really expensive and I was really nervous ordering it. However, Sportissimo team was very responsive throughout the whole process. They timely addressed all the questions. Delivery time met expectations - bike was sent to me in a week. They have great deals on bikes. I wanted to buy a 2025 model but it turned out there was a stock inventory error but they proposed me the 2026 model for the same price. In the end I bought from them a higher model at a lower price I could find anywhere online. From order to delivery took 2 weeks. I had some inquieries and the response was fast. The bike arrived almost fully assembled, just put the front wheel and saddle post. Everything seems to be adjusted correctly: transmission, brakes.

Ordered the bike directly at the shop, and it was delivered pretty fast. Easy setup and great bike the TREK Fuel Exe 2024. It just needs some oiling in the junctions around the rear suspension as it is still making squeezy noises. For the rest an amazing bike.
