I waited for quite a while for my trainers, once received, box was opened to reveal the incorrect trainers.
When emailed re incorrect shoes, no response was received.

I received the wrong shoes. They were men's shoes and not at all what I ordered.

Delivery never arrived, despite several emails to the company I received no response. Don't go near them.

The wrong jogger model was sent and the wrong size. I sent many emails, and finally had a promise for a refund which was a lie. No refund or further communication has been received. I am looking at consumer affairs to report this company.

PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED! And customer service ignored me, gave me a tracking number that did not work and never replied again. I lost 130€ and never received the sneakers.

Well, you asked for it - you sent me the wrong size in an entirely different shoe. They took forever to arrive and when they did they were counterfeit. For a refund you expect me to mail the shoes back at my cost so I've got no shoes and no refund? You get one star because no stars wasn't an option.

Almost everything that could go wrong went wrong with this order. I ordered a women’s size 11 narrow Brooks Ghost 16 as I have very narrow feet and need a narrow fitting.
I received a men’s size 10 medium fitting Brooks Glycerin 21. The shoes took weeks to arrive. I have emailed all the contact numbers I can find for Sporteis several times to work out how I can rectify the situation and have had no response. I strongly recommend that you do not purchase from this merchant.

Supportive from very first wear and stayed comfy all day. Solid pair shoes. Don't feel especially outstanding though.

It is a scam! The shoes isn’t being shipped and if they are, they’re fake.

They handled rough terrain reasonably well and stayed comfortable for a while, but the grip could be better in some situations.

The Asics GEL Nimbus 27 Running Shoes provide a generally smooth running experience. The cushioning feels supportive and balanced, though it can be slightly inconsistent at times.

I’ve tried many brands over the years, and this pair performs fairly well. The grip feels solid and they don’t seem to wear out quickly, though I’m still unsure about long-term durability.

I have been using the Ascent Stratus Casual Shoes for a week, and they are reasonably comfortable. They offer a decent balance between style and daily wear, although a few aspects feel fairly average overall.

I was curious to see what this store offers, and it seems like it’s still being set up. The concept appears focused on sports products, which could become promising once everything is fully available, though it currently feels quite limited and underdeveloped.

Now I am getting Nowhere with them issuing a refund and return label!
What a dreadful experience that I would wish on no-one!
This Company should not be linked up with SHOP Pay as there is No Protection against this Scam behaviour!

The Ascent Stratus Zip Casual Shoes are fairly convenient to use and easy to put on. They still look decent with most outfits, though the overall quality feels quite average.

DO NOT order anything from Sporteis. This is a poorly run, completely unresponsive and fraudulent company. Their website presents like a sporting goods store in Wisconsin, but if you Google Streetview that address it’s a PO Box building. The credit card charges come from a London LLC but the goods ship from some unknown industrial China location—if you get your item at all. The shipping times are complete nonsense and as close to a fairytale as you’ll ever read. If your package ever does actually arrive, it’s questionable whether or not it is authentic – if it’s even the right item in the first place. In my case, “7-10 days” shipping turned into closer to 7-10 WEEKS, by which time I experienced their customer service that rivals the DMV in a defunded county on a holiday: nonexistent. Inside the box were shoes that were the wrong model, the wrong color, AND the wrong size. I would have been better served using the box they came for footwear than to attempt to make the completely incorrect shoes work on my feet. Their return policy? Yeah, you’re expected to ship back AT YOUR EXPENSE their useless box of rocks they sent you—and shipping to China is a LOT more expensive than the Wisconsin “store” I thought I was buying from. This entire transaction has been a disaster from start to finish and I’m currently disputing it in its entirety with my credit card company. I don’t feel like it’s right to pay MORE for an order return that was not even close to what I was supposed to receive—not that there is anyone from Sporteis answering my emails. I expect to win the dispute simply because I bet they don’t answer my credit card company either. We’ll see. YOU SHOULDN’T – order from somewhere else and do better due diligence than I did.
