With the clinique several floors down…
With the clinique several floors down it felt a bit like going down to the dungeon ..scary
I didn’t receive my results even after several hours and had to go back to the test site to ask what had happened..and then there was no internet connection so i could not retrieve the information requested by the nurse - so had to go all the way up to the street, retrieve the info then go downstairs again to show the nurse the info and she found the results and emailed them to me.
So - got the results but - the experience was not great. Your staff were very nice though
Suggest wifi availability and - a more effective delivery of the results

Wrong test result with a very late rectification
After sending me a negative test result intime for their 01:30 deadline they then sent me a positive result at 07:34. After I'd gone ahead and confirmed all travel arrangement incurring 5,000 Euro in costs. They were "very sorry"..... and no, you can't speak to anyone about it, you have to email. Filed a complaint, took weeks for a response, still "we're sorry" but nothing else. Useless.

Excellent and Reliable
Booked the Last Minute NAAT PCR test at Spoedtest Hillegersberg, appointment went smoothly (5 minutes from Check-in to exiting) and received my test result in 30 minutes. Highly reliable service - would recommend to others.

Delivered what was promised
No extra wait time from actual appointment time. Quick and easy sample taken and result of travel required antigen test was available within 30 minutes. Top experience at very reasonable price.

Lousy customer service
I was extremely disappointed with the whole process!! I needed to change my test date and first it took forever for me to get a voucher to change the test date and then the voucher did not work so I had to pay again for doing the test which was super frustrating. The experience at the site itself was great!!

I made a booking for 1645 02Ferbruary…
I made a booking for 1645 02Ferbruary snd no one was there! The tent was closed up. Being a foreigner I did not know what to do di I went Schiphol and had the test done there at huge expense!! I always believed the Dutch to be trustworthy but I now have a bad taste in my mouth.

Good and fast experience
I didn't need it this time anymore, so i did cancel it and am getting fully refunded (no questions asked). But from the previous time i went, it was a smooth experience and the results were in within the expected time limit.
