From trying to change the price when asking for an invoice. To demanding payment 48 hours before delivery. To trying to blackmail clients by threatening to dump goods into storage and having to sort out the mess and getting told you will be charged €50 a day storage.
To being insulted that your goods are not Picassos so are not worth selling. To being told you have 30 mins to pay or goods will be dumped.

This is my 2nd review. I was scammed, lost my deposit, and then only because I wrote a review, did Spedingo write me months and months later. They asked me for my case number, when they have it because it is from the same email they wrote me to. They have blocked me from the platform, furthermore, I cant access, and dont reply emails! I have asked them to contact me to solve this NOTHING! Atrocious customer service!

My experience with Damani Transport Delivery confirms the advantages of relying on a smaller company, which can dedicate more attention to the individual customer. I was extremely satisfied: the movers were kind and helpful, showing great flexibility with both the dates and the volume of the load. Every item was packed and loaded with the utmost care. If I need moving services again, they will be my first choice.

I specifically selected ON for the 6th…
I specifically selected ON for the 6th of May and accepted the quote and paid the deposit
When the driver contacted me he was only available for Thursday which won’t work for me
He informed me all your dates are flexible but then you shouldn’t have a selection for ON which specified on a specific date- your website did not say on or about for that selection .
I request my deposit to get refunded as I cannot accept a later date and your website is misleading .

If a request has been published, it is no longer possible to make changes. This is an intentional choice, since a transporter could read it at the time you are editing it and send you a quote. If the requisition were to be edited, the quote would refer to the data originally published, and not to the data edited later.
Posting a request is fairly quick, and you can upload as many as you like.
for the reimbursement request, we need to ask for consent from the Transporter, as indicated in the emails we have already requested consent.

I made the mistake of trusting a moving company on Spedingo
I made the mistake of trusting a moving company with a very positive rating on Spedingo. They failed to show up at the scheduled time without any notice and would not answer my calls. When I posted about this on the website, the company responded with racist insults.
Now that I checked the company's profile on Google, I see that this unreliability is a common problem with them and that there are even allegations of theft.
Spedingo should take more steps to eliminate dishonest users from its platform. At the very least, they must ensure that ratings accurately reflect the service and are not influenced by intimidation.

For the racist comments from the carrier, we apologize for his behavior and sent a warning email.
The carriers registered to Spedingo, publish advantageous offers, using the concept of 'transport in combination'' or also called "groupage", that is, they try to combine more loads for the same route, reducing the cost. Obviously, this requires flexibility on the one hand and not urgency on the other; otherwise they become dedicated transports with significantly higher prices, but ensuring much shorter times. This implies that the carrier may accumulate delays due to multiple factors, such as traffic, delay of other users for which it must make collection and/or delivery, etc. In fact, they work on flexible dates, as very often is indicated by them in the tabs of the published estimates.
