Had my Dakar bed in charcoal conniston bed delivered by Sary and Isa today. They were polite and helpful. Kept me informed at each stage of delivery. Bed looks amazing and looks brilliant quality. Would highly recommend Sonno if your looking for a new bed

Sary and Isa delivered our bed today. They were very polite and put the bed together with ease. They even put our old mattress on for us. They informed us when they were coming and we were kept updated on their progress. Thank you Sonno beds will definitely use you again for our next bed.

Sary & Isa delivered my replacement bed. They were very friendly, professional & nothing was too much trouble, they were really nice. I am so happy with my bed. I originally had AIT deliver my first bed, they were really late from the time slot I was given, then when they came they dropped my bed out of the van, then left my bed in my downstairs hallway even though I paid for assembly giving the reason as van trouble & that they couldn’t switch the van off. I had to struggle with my bed taking it upstairs where once I opened it there was a rip in the material. I was fuming. Sonno were really good at sorting my replacement, very good customer service & I would definitely use them again.

Great communication throughout. Abzy and Majid delivered my mattress to the room where it needed to be. Very friendly, helpful and polite, a credit to the company.

Jacob H and Kam arrived early then stated which was good. Both guys were really pleasant and polite. Took bed and mattress to requested room. Would definitely recommend Sonno. Bed looks great!! Really pleased with service. Ordering was straightforward and could pick delivery day. Excellent.

Had a new bed delivered today by Jacob and Kam was kept informed the day before delivery and was provided a time , they also phoned before arriving with an ETA , arrived promptly on the time nice quick delivery, no dramas very polite and no fuss .. well done guys keep up the good work .

Excellent company. Quality products with an extended warranty. The bed looks great. The full height headboard looks good too.

Our Sonno Ottoman bed arrived with both parts of the base having cracks in them, therefore useless. Thanks to the delivery men not waiting for us to check our purchase even though I asked them to. I phoned Sonno customer care as soon as we unpacked it and
discovered the damage. After waiting on the phone listening to music for some time I then received an automated message saying there was no one available to take my call. On emailing asking for a full refund and the entire bed to be taken away, I was told the pick up would be arranged and then they would deal with the refund. Since then we are stuck with a broken bed in our room, no pick up date and no refund. Worst buying experience I have ever experienced. Be very careful with Sonno and the delivery firm they use!

looking for a new mattress and the website advertises extra 25% off ending in a number of hours went back today and surprise surprise its got an extra 25% off finishing tonight feels too much like a scam .

Had my new mattress delivered by Jacob H and Kam today. Rang me before to let me know they were on the way. Arrived when they said they would and it was no trouble for Jacob H and Kam to take my new mattress upstairs and leave it when I wanted.
Both Jacob H and Kam were really friendly and polite and asked about my experience with Sonno. The mattress itself is amazing, having suffered with a bad back just laying on it I can tell I’ll get a good nights sleep.

From ordering to delivery and installation 5star. Sam and mate assembled the bed in the heat and always polite and efficient.
Couldn’t ask for better service and cost from start to finish.
