As usual ther service provided by Daniel from SoloCruceros was super. This is the second time I ask Daniel help and he was 200%!!

We were assigned a dedicated cruise agent and he was more than dedicated, answered every email within the hour and was just so helpful.
I would 100% recommend Solo cruceros.

We’ve just got a last minute cruise, thanks to Bilal, the guy who attended us on our call. I called them just to look up for any cruise. We spent more than one hour on the call, he was completely reliable and honest. Giving us advices for the whole trip.

I’m pretty sure, we will hire more trips with him.

This is not my first booking with Corina Gutiérrez at Solo Cruceros and she is simply excellent at putting together all the elements of my trip together in a very professional manner. I just booked 3 cabins on msc música for next year and she linked all the cabins together and arranged dining times and seating in the restaurant together. Nothing is too much trouble. I will be back time and time again to book with Corina and will not go to another company as her service is the best. Thank you x

I have yet to go on the cruise, but the booking process has been smooth. A special mention for Belen Puente - this woman deserves a promotion or a payrise!! - she has been so helpful, kind and, importantly, patient in helping us to find and book a cruise that matched our requirements and our budget. She sent through several quotes over several days and never once complained at how much of her time I was taking, when I was being indecisive. She is a credit to the solocruceros team! I hope the experience on the cruise is just as positive :)

From the minute I was contacted by Maria Bravo by phone and then WhatsApp to finalise the booking & insurance policy I was impressed by her professionalism, clear communication & clarification. Idoia was very helpful and arranged everything very quickly.

Easy to book the cruise online...but did not see an option to add a drinks package.
After booking I looked at another website and it was possible to add the drinks package for only €45 per day, so now my only option is to book it through RCL and pay the double price.
