It was my first time ordering from this website after being recommended by a friend. I ordered the GDragon mini daisy lightstick keyring. The delivery was really good, arrived packaged really well and the daisy itself is duper cute. I’m so happy with it and with the service received from this website. I will definitely shop again with them and would love to try visit their store in London some time.

We visited the shop yesterday . Very good selection of albums, great merch, lucky photocards, great prices as well. Very friendly staff, especially a handsome man who served us. In my opinion The best shop we’ve been to.
Hopefully they will open one in Scotland in the future. Highly recommended

not only did i experience amazing customer service via email, i received the items i wanted at a reasonable price, and the items were well packaged and clearly taken care of as they were undamaged.

i also want to say i think the thank you note/card is sweet, i ordered online and gave them my name which is of italian origin but pronounced like it's english equivalent (a fact that's not always clear to people). i noticed that on the thank you card it seems from what i've learned and a image translation to be my name written in korean. it might be a little thing but it made me feel really happy even if it was a easy translation for them to make they still took a step more than many shops by addressing me as a customer directly with my name especially sweet when you acknowledge it'd been translated too when they didn't have to do that (i actually really do appreciate that so much it felt warmer to be addressed especially when i realised it said my name) . i'll be buying from them in the future for sure!

Online ordering was easy. My Ubermensch bag was exactly as described and arrived safely packaged within the timeframe.

1 star only because zero isn’t an option. After I had to cancel 2 previous pre orders with this company due to lack of communication on updates to when albums would arrive, I stupidly decided to give them a 3rd try and ordered an IN STOCK album.
A month passed, no dispatch email, no communication, no item. It took several attempts at emails to contact them and only when threatened with bank chargebacks and reporting to the financial ombudsman did I get a response saying the item was damaged and they had to reorder them in. The emails I got were very condescending and so obviously generated by AI that annoyed me even more. More promises made on getting the album to me which didn’t materialise apparently due to inward shipping issues. They finally did send it out on next day delivery at their cost which I’ll give a tiny amount of credit to and I was refunded my original shipping (absolute bare minimum if you ask me) When my accordion album finally arrived it had been stuffed into a slim board backed envelope and was pretty much squished flat. At this point I just gave up arguing but 10000% will never use them again. Their customer service is diabolical (blamed an office move on lack of comms - did they move office all 3 times) and I’ve spread the word around to add them to dwayor lists amongst other kpop fans. There are way better places you can shop

I've just purchased the BTS arirang special bookmark, it arrived in perfect condition and on time. I also absolutely loved the small card where they write your name in Korean it's sooo cutee. Would definitely recommend purchasing here.

Second time I've purchased a light stick from soojib. First ZB1 and then Illit. Both have come well packaged and on time. Lightsticks work perfectly, both bought as gifts for my wife 😁
This review is a little bit after the order as I had to wait until her birthday!
Just to add to this, my first lightstick was misdelivered by royal mail. When I emailed about the situation they got back to me fairly quickly to help solve the issue. I thought I'd add that because I noticed some bad reviews around customer service. I've only had a good experience with them.

First time order from soojib. Fast delivery and well packed. Definitely will shop again.

I order photocards via the online store (My first time doing so) and it was a very smoot experience!

My delivery actually came earlier than expected (Like 2 days after I initial ordered it) and came in good conditions (With the photocard sleeves already included!)

I usually go to the store in Oxford Street for kpop-related things in the UK but their online shop is just as good too! I might shop online more often now :)
